What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "Tapping", not to be confused with tap dancing, is a simple technique that, simply put, can support release of negativity and replace it with positivity.  That is really simply put, right?  But it is indeed powerful and has been shown through anecdotal evidence and research to reduce stress, phobia, pain and support personal growth!  "Tapping?" you ask?  Yes, it involves lightly tapping certain points on your body while using the power of your words to create change. When you "Tap" with me, it is a loving, joyful yet healing opportunity and I use the power of essential oils and scent memory to create lasting shifts!

What is EFT ARISE?

EFT ARISE is an integrated approach to Wellness which involves the fruitful marriage of EFT and Aromatherapy! I created this protocol when I realized I was having wonderful results marrying EFT and using Essential Oils energetically. It is a simple and empowering tool for supporting well-being. With its roots in two tried and true healing modalities that have years of experience and clinical research behind them, EFT ARISE is a technique which has proven time and again in case studies to enhance the results of the already proven method of EFT.
