My Essential Oil Success Story

Essential oils bring me joy!

​I am so very grateful that essential oils came into my life!  I was the kid whose parents BOTH smoked 2 to 4 packs a day! In those days you could smoke anywhere!  So imagine driving in a car, 2 parents smoking, windows closed!  Yep!  And you can well imagine I was plagued with Bronchitis and Pneumonia easily 3 to 4 times a year. And many colds and coughs. One year I missed 40 days of work. This followed me well into adulthood at which point I started eating better and using homeopathy instead of antibiotics  which helped a bit.  I got to the point where I only got the bronchial infection once a year along with several colds. I even tried essential oils and that didn’t make a consistent dent!  Then I started using doTERRA oils.  I am now pneumonia and bronchitis free.  If I get a cold (and I mean if) its duration is very short!   I use them for everything including cleaning, facial products and hair products.  I understand that by using them for things that are seemingly unrelated to wellness, I am indeed getting the therapeutic benefits.I am grateful that my immune system is now so much stronger.

A few years ago I retired from teaching the very special population!  I went through a period of sadness, as if I had lost my purpose.  My Divine purpose has always been to serve others with Love and Joy by supporting them during their life journey in some way...either via teaching, massage etc.  And now I am back on purpose!  Being a doTERRA wellness advocate provides the perfect opportunity for me to inspire,educate, and empower others..  Yet it provides the flexibility that I require for other loves in my life (family, friends, EFT, yoga, creating, nature etc)!  It is heartwarming to hear testimonial after testimonial! I know I am being Divinely guided and it is a blissful state! I am ever grateful!

And, finally, one of my biggest “Wins”:  I am proud to announce the unveiling of my “I AM” cards! I am a person who used to live in fear:  fear of not doing it right, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of not being perfect! Does anyone relate to this?  I was guided to create cards marrying the energetic use of essential oils and affirmations.  The goal? To support people on their life  journey. In the beginning I spent countless days with my notes, my classwork from all of my classes, my case studies and my experience to create these cards...and was not getting anywhere. I know that you understand!!  Thank you for that! Using affirmations, positive thought and unleashing the energetic gifts that the oils possess I have, one affirmation, one oil at a time, shifted the me I used to know into a person with more confidence, compassion and freedom! From that shift I finally (after 5 years) completed my cards!  I Believe that we are all divinely essential and that we all are, at our very core, perfect, whole and complete!  It is my purpose to serve others by helping them to reveal their truth! I know it was the marriage of affirmations and essential oils that helped me to unveil my truth!  I am ever grateful!​
